Wedding On-Site Styling
Ceremony and reception florals installed at the venue. Coordination with venue managers happens before the event day - arrivals are timed to avoid setup conflicts with other vendors.
Pop-Up Floral Bars
A staffed station where guests build their own arrangements. Works well for team-building days, brand activations, and private parties where participation matters more than passive décor.
Recurring Venue Subscription
Weekly or bi-weekly fresh arrangements for hotels, restaurants, and office lobbies. Scheduling is fixed, so there is no need to place individual orders each cycle.

From first contact to finished room
Four stages cover every booking - no stage requires the client to manage logistics independently.
Most bookings are confirmed within 48 hours of the initial inquiry. Larger installations may require a site visit before pricing is finalised.
Share the event type, date, and location. No brief template required - a short message is enough to start.
A written quote with item breakdown and timeline is sent within two business days. Revisions are handled by email.
Deposit secures the date. Flower sourcing begins after confirmation - seasonal availability is noted at this stage.
Team arrives at the agreed window, installs everything, and confirms completion with the venue contact before leaving.
